Adivasi Shikha Rrinn Yojana (ASRY)

Term loans are available to tribal beneficiaries for setting up their viable Income Generating Ventures in any of the sectors viz. Industrial, Agricultural and Service Sector.

This is an Education loan scheme, under this financial assistance is extended to eligible STs for pursuing professional and technical courses including Ph.D in India.

The loans are provided based on requirement of the unit through the State Channelizing Agencies. The beneficiaries have to full fill the eligibility criteria of  NSTFDC and comply with the terms and conditions of the lending by the SCA.

Unit Cost Viable Payments/Units costing up to ₹ 10.00 lakhs
Courses covered Education loan may be provided for the courses conducted by colleges/universities approved by UGC/Govt/AICTE/AIBMS etc.
Quantum of Loan Assistance Upto 90% of unit cost is provided by NSTFDC as term loan
Interest Rate Loan Amount SCA Beneficiaries
Term Loan up to ₹ 5.00 lakh (Course period plus one year or six months after getting job, whichever is earlier). There is a interest subsidy during the moratorium period from Ministry of Education, Govt. of India 3% 6%
Repayment Period Within 5 years including the moratorium period.
